A space for returning to self

So many of us spend our lives pushing through, staying busy, performing, coping, and disconnecting from what we actually need.

Over time, we can begin to feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, creatively blocked, disconnected, or simply not quite like ourselves.

My work is about helping people reconnect with themselves more deeply — creating the safety, honesty, and self-understanding needed for clarity, creativity, connection, and change to emerge more naturally.

I use a mixture of deep coaching, meditation, nervous system work, somatic approaches, and therapeutic techniques to help people understand themselves with more compassion and come back into greater alignment with who they are and what they truly need.

The atmosphere I try to create in my work is one of safety, depth, honesty, and relief — a space where people feel able to soften and gradually come home to themselves again.

A Little More About Me

My relationship with music and songwriting has deeply shaped the way I coach. Losing touch with creativity for a period of time gave me a much deeper understanding of the relationship between trauma, nervous system safety, playfulness, and self-expression.

I’m especially interested in working with songwriters and creatives, ADHD, relationships, and nervous system healing.

Alongside my private coaching work, I also work part-time as a wellness specialist at a wellness retreat, where I do life coaching, lead sharing circles, teach meditation and yoga, facilitate wellbeing talks, and offer wellness consultations.
