A space to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your needs, and create change from the root rather than endlessly fighting the symptom.

For a long time, I believed change came through effort, discipline, and pushing through. And to an extent it worked, but it also came with a lot of pressure, anxiety, negativity, and white-knuckling, alongside certain patterns I just couldn’t seem to shift.

Over time, I became much more interested in the nervous system and the deeper needs underneath our behaviours.

What I’ve come to believe is that many of the things we judge ourselves most harshly for are actually our body’s clever way of meeting deeper needs that would otherwise go unmet.

So much of healing, for me, is not about trying harder, but discovering what the deeper need is, learning how to meet it consciously, and then allowing those behaviours to fall away naturally because they are no longer needed by the body — rather than using all our willpower to white-knuckle our way through change.

Lack of confidence, emotions that won’t quite go away, dopamine-seeking behaviours, procrastination, the inability to do the thing we want to want to do, relationship struggles, anxiety, emotional overwhelm — often these things make much more sense once we understand what they’ve been trying to do for us.

This understanding shapes the way I work.

I use a mixture of deep coaching, therapeutic techniques, meditation, nervous system work, and somatic approaches to help people reconnect with themselves, understand their patterns with compassion, and create the internal safety needed for change to happen more naturally.

I believe emotions need to be fully seen, heard, accepted, and felt — both by ourselves and at least one other person — in order to be properly processed. Many of us have learned not to turn towards our emotions, which means they don’t fully get felt and therefore don’t fully leave. Instead, we can become stuck in states of chronic dysregulation, which can lead to all sorts of physical, emotional, and mental difficulties.

My approach is warm, honest, relational, and deeply collaborative.

Rather than trying to “fix” you, I aim to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your needs and emotions, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and your nervous system.

I’m especially interested in working with:

  • songwriters and creatives

  • ADHD

  • relationships

  • nervous system healing

  • self-trust and emotional regulation

  • creativity and playfulness

  • people who feel stuck in cycles they can’t think their way out of

The atmosphere I try to create in sessions is one of safety, depth, honesty, and relief — a space where people feel able to soften, feel fully seen, and gradually come home to themselves again.
