So many of us spend our lives pushing through, staying busy, performing, coping, and disconnecting from what we actually need. Over time, we can begin to feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, creatively blocked, disconnected, or simply not quite like ourselves.
These at-home retreat days are for people who want to reconnect with themselves more deeply, create space to reflect, realign, feel replenished, and return to their lives feeling clearer, softer, more hopeful, and more alive.
A Return to Self Day is a chance to pause and properly listen underneath the noise of everyday life.
To be deeply supported, genuinely listened to, and gently guided back towards yourself.
Each day is tailored personally to you and may include:

meditation and mindfulness
empowering movement or yoga
reflective exercises
